OLYMPIA, Wash. — Investigators determined that a December fire at a commercial building in downtown Olympia was arson and released photos of possible persons of interest.

The Dec. 15 fire destroyed an under-construction apartment complex and damaged or destroyed other nearby buildings, police said.
The Olympia Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives both worked to process the scene and investigate the fire.

The damage is estimated to be between $5 and $7 million, according to officials.

The ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the person or people responsible for the fire.
