SEATTLE — Seattle police have arrested a suspect in connection to a South Seattle homicide that happened earlier this month.
On July 9, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 3700 block of South Oregon Street.
When officers arrived, they found a 32-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. Another person was shot and was interviewed by detectives.
Police announced on Monday detectives tracked the suspect, a 43-year-old man down, to Puyallup and arrested him with assistance from Puyallup police. He was arrested without incident.
Police booked the man into the King County Jail for investigation of murder.
The investigation is ongoing.
