Plane lands on runway without landing gear at Renton Airport

RENTON, Wash. — Firefighters said an aircraft landed at the Renton Airport without its landing gear down.

Renton fire crews were called to the airport at about 10:45 a.m. Monday.

They arrived an found an airplane on the runway “without gear.” Crews were at the scene assessing the damage.

According to witnesses, the incident turned out to be very minor.
