SEATTLE — One person is dead after a brush fire along I-5 in Downtown Seattle.
It happened east of the off ramp of northbound I-5 to Seneca Street around 6 a.m.
As Seattle fire crews arrived to put out the fire, they found a homeless camp had been involved in the fire and found a dead man at the scene.
Crews recovered the body from the area and fire investigators are coordinating with Seattle police and the Medical Examiner’s Office on the investigation.
