Nordstrom, McDonald’s looking to hire thousands in Washington

SEATTLE — As Washington state moves to fully reopening soon, dining rooms and department stores are reopening their doors and businesses in Washington are looking to hire thousands of new employees.

In preparation for Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale, the department store announced Wednesday they are seeking to hire hundreds of seasonal and full-time employees in Washington.

On June 4 and June 18 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at all Washington Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores, Nordstrom is hosting hiring events.

McDonald’s is gearing up for a busy summer season and are preparing to reopen their dining rooms and are expecting to hire 4,450 restaurant employees in Washington state.
