Netflix releases trailer for 'Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes'

Netflix released a trailer on Monday for its upcoming new docuseries based on serial killer Ted Bundy.

"Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes" will feature archival footage and never-before-heard audio recordings.

"I mean, I'm not an animal, and I'm not crazy. And I don't have a split personality," Bundy said in one of the recordings in the trailer. "I mean I'm just a normal individual."

The series was directed by filmmaker Joe Berlinger, who is best known for the "Paradise Lost" series of documentaries.

Berlinger also directed "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile," the film starring Zac Efron who plays the role of Bundy.

"Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes" will premiere Jan. 24, which is also the 30th anniversary of Bundy's execution.
