Need to fly for the holidays? Costco offering private jet membership

ISSAQUAH, Wash. — Issaquah-based Costco is offering a solution for the holiday travel season – a year membership to a private jet service.

For $17,499.99, you can get a membership to Wheels Up, a private jet charter company.

The subscription does not actually include the cost of individual flights, just the privilege of using the private jet service and guaranteed access to aircraft availability up to 365 days a year, with as little as 24 hours notice.

Costco said the service significantly reduces up-front costs to fly privately and you can book a private flight as easily as a ride share.

The membership includes a $3,500 Costco Shop Card as well as a $4,000 flight credit.
