EVERETT, Wash. — Scheduled maintenance will temporarily disrupt base access and facility services at Naval Station Everett on Friday, Nov. 6, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Naval Station Everett says the 12-hour maintenance window will alter entry procedures at installation security gates and pause routine medical services.

Base officials recommend that personnel and visitors allow extra travel time and plan ahead for alternative base entry arrangements.

They say specific gate restrictions will be in effect throughout the maintenance window. The Visitor Control Center will be closed, and the Main Gate will process escorted passes only. The North Gate will remain open exclusively for commercial vehicles, closing to personally owned vehicles during peak morning traffic hours. Base visitors and personnel are advised to allow extra entry time and monitor official base channels for updates.

The base says Branch Health Clinic Everett will be closed for the duration of the planned maintenance, and the base ScriptCenter will be unavailable. Staff will contact patients with affected appointments to reschedule them as quickly as possible. Individuals with questions regarding prescription pick-up should contact the clinic directly. For urgent medical concerns, individuals can call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE (1-800-874-2273), while medical emergencies require calling 911 or going to the nearest emergency department.

Normal installation access and clinic operations are expected to resume on Monday, Nov. 9.

The North Gate is also scheduled to return to regular operations on Monday, including access for personally owned vehicles during the morning high-traffic period.
