Mariners to host postseason watch parties for fans at T-Mobile Park

SEATTLE — The Seattle Mariners may be starting their first playoff trip in two decades on the road after losing to the Detroit Tigers on Monday night, but fans will still be able to cheer on the team at T-Mobile Park.

The Mariners will be hosting watch parties for fans to watch the American League Wild Card Series games at T-Mobile Park on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, if necessary.

The game will be broadcast on MarinersVision, one of the largest screens in the Pacific Northwest, and there will also be music and surprises for fans.

It’s the first time in club history that fans will be able to attend postseason watch parties at the ballpark.

“We couldn’t be more excited for our fans to come together at T-Mobile Park to watch our push for a World Series title,” said Catie Griggs, president of business operations. “We want the team to be able to feel our fans’ support and electric energy all the way from Seattle.”

Game times and opponents are still to be determined, but tickets are on sale now.

Tickets are $10 for the general public and season ticket members will be emailed a code allowing them to get discounted tickets for $5. Parking at the Mariners Garage will be $10.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Mariners Care Foundation.

Fans who attend the watch parties will have access to open seating on the main level, from foul pole to foul pole, and in the T-Mobile ‘Pen, right next to the Mariners bullpen in center field.

Select concessions stands and the Mariners Team Store will be open during the events.

Fans who purchased tickets for postseason games at T-Mobile Park can expect to receive refunds 10-14 days after the Mariners conclude their postseason play. More information can be found here.
