BRIDGEPORT, Wash. — Douglas County deputies were sent to a Bridgeport Quik E Mart last Monday, Aug. 17, after reports of a stabbing.
According to a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post, deputies arrived at the Quik E Mart around 1 a.m., but the victim had already gone home.
Deputies then met with the 35-year-old victim at his home. The post notes that the man had “an apparent stab wound,” and could not recall most details about the stabbing.
Police say he walked back home before notifying officials of the stabbing.
After talking with deputies, the Bridgeport man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies continued their investigation, and they discovered four Bridgeport suspects through video review.
All of the suspects were arrested and taken to Chelan County Regional Justice Center. They were then booked for second degree assault and criminal mischief.
