LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Nearly 3,300 Snohomish PUD customers were without power after a construction accident in Lynnwood Monday morning.
Alderwood Mall Blvd. was closed at 44th Ave W after a lift truck hit a power line, South Snohomish Fire officials said. The road has since reopened.
The construction site was evacuated and the person in the lift truck had to be rescued. He was taken to the hospital as a precaution and appeared to be unhurt..
Power was restored by 9:30 a.m.
