Lynnwood bank burglars sought after breaking into safe

LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Lynnwood police are asking the public for to help identify two bank burglars who stole a large amount of cash after breaking into a safe, according to the Lynnwood Police Department.

The burglars stole an undisclosed, but large amount of cash from the Union Bank on Highway 99.

On March 6, burglars cut out an air conditioning unit to get into the building, then made a huge hole in a shared wall to access the “alarm panel room” from an interior bathroom.

The burglars then broke into the safe, stole the cash and left behind some “evidence,” according to police.
