Large police response in Orting community

ORTING, Wash. — Several law enforcement agencies were called Sunday night to the Rivers Edge community in Orting.

Orting Valley Fire and Rescue said multiple police and fire units have responded to a “dynamic call that ended on the other side of the river.”

It is not yet known why first responders were called.

This is an active investigation.
