According to a post on X.com by the Washington Department of Transportation. Just after 5:30 pm Saturday, emergency crews responded to a collision in the left two lanes.
On I-5 southbound at SR 20 (MP 230) there is a collision blocking the 2 left lanes.

Throughout the response, authorities temporarily blocked all southbound lanes of the highway multiple times, but most lanes reopened shortly before 6 pm.
