SEATAC, Wash. — The King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an attempted robbery and assault on a Metro Bus.
According to KCSO, both the suspect and victim boarded the bus at the Renton Transit Center at about 9:30 p.m. on February 23.
The victim, a woman, told police that the suspect touched her inappropriately, so she took his picture.
He then allegedly confronted her over the photo, assaulted her, and grabbed her phone.
Police say he got off the bus at SE 192nd and 108th Avenue SE in Kent.
