FERNDALE, Wash. — Washington State Patrol (WSP) has issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert on behalf of the Lummi Nation for a teen last seen a week ago.
According to WSP, 13-year-old Victoria Mervine was last seen around noon on Sept. 15 off Vista Drive in Ferndale.
It’s unclear what direction she was going in.
Mervine has long brown hair and brown eyes and is about 5′1″. It’s unknown what clothing she was last seen in.
