TACOMA, Wash. — Two people were pulled to safety after the car they were in went down an embankment on Sunday night in Tacoma.
The driver lost control and went through a guardrail, dropping about 50 feet near Fort Nisqually at Point Defiance Park, firefighters said.
Rescuers used a rope to pull the people to safety.
Neither of the people were injured despite the fall.
