TACOMA, Wash. — A man was killed in a crash early Saturday after hitting the road barrier, officials said.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. near 19th Street and westbound State Route 16.
The man was driving a BMW and exited to 19th Street. He couldn’t make the turn and jumped the road median, hitting the barrier on the other side, officials said.
The 23-year-old driver from Tacoma died in the crash.
