LAKEWOOD, Wash. — Lakewood police officers are investigating after a car crashed into a restaurant early Monday.
The crash happened at the Sizzler restaurant in the 10200 block of South Tacoma Way. The police department first tweeted about the incident at 3:47 a.m.
The front half of the car went all the way into the restaurant through a window. Images from the scene showed the back end of the vehicle sticking out of the window.

When officers arrived, no one was inside the car. Witnesses told police they saw the occupants of the car walking away from the crash scene.
No injuries have been reported.
