PUYALLUP, Wash. — A driver was arrested for alleged DUI after reportedly hitting a pedestrian in Puyallup.
Puyallup Police Department Captain Kevin Gill confirmed the collision to KIRO Newsradio Thursday morning.
The pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital with a broken leg.
Meanwhile, the driver was arrested for a drug-related DUI, Gill stated.
The driver was booked into the Pierce County Jail on vehicular assault charges.
