CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Cougar spotted in Bonney Lake neighborhood

BONNEY LAKE, Wash. — A cougar was spotted by officers early Thursday in a Bonney Lake neighborhood.

At about 3 a.m., officers spotted a cougar in the 18200 bock of 97th Street East.

The officers captured the cougar on video.

Police said the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will be in the area Thursday to try and locate it.

Police are warning people to be aware if they’re walking or have pets in the area.
