The body found in Lake City Thursday has been identified as Diangelo McKinney, a 28-year-old Green Lake man reported to have been missing since July 6.
According to the Seattle Police Department, McKinney’s body was so decomposed that officers were not able to determine at the scene if there were signs of trauma.
Documents from the King County Medical Examiner’s Office show that the cause of death has not yet been determined.
