A beloved cafe in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood is back open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Beth’s Cafe announced the change in service recently in a social media post.
The restaurant, part of the neighborhood’s landscape since 1954, first made a name for itself as a nickel-slot gambling parlor before transitioning to “greasy spoon” cuisine, serving up renowned dishes like the 12-egg omelet, according to its website.
The most recent expansion in hours is the second act of the cafe’s post-pandemic comeback.
Beth’s reopened in 2023 with limited hours and has since slowly increased its hours of operation.
