BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Public Schools is offering free meals to community members Thursday.
Classes were canceled in Bellingham Thursday for the third straight day due to inclement weather, but the free meals are not just for students.
Anyone who shows up at one of the following locations between 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. will receive a free meal:
Shuksan Middle School cafeteria
Eliza Court
Villa Santa Fe
Sterling Meadows
Regency Park
A spokesperson for Bellingham Public Schools said a salad bar will also be available at the Shuksan Middle School cafeteria.
