SEATTLE — A woman and a child were taken to the hospital after a two-car collision in North Seattle early Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at the intersection of Aurora Avenue North and North 85th Street at around 5 a.m.
Both the Seattle Fire Department (SFD) and the Seattle Police Department (SPD) confirmed to KIRO 7 that medics treated three patients at the scene: a woman in her 30s, a man in his 20s, and a 6-year-old boy.
The agencies also confirmed that medics took both the woman and the boy to the hospital in stable condition, while the man refused transport.
According to the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), the left two eastbound lanes and the right two southbound lanes were blocked while crews cleared up debris from the collision.
The roadway was fully reopened by around 6 a.m., SDOT confirmed.
