Arsonist torches recycling bins in Pioneer Square neighborhood

Seattle police are looking for someone they say is setting recycling bins on fire.

There were three fires set overnight in the Pioneer Square neighborhood.

A KIRO 7 photographer saw firefighters putting water on one of the bins on Yesler Way about 2 a.m. Monday.

The fires were all close to one another.
