ARLINGTON, Wash. — Police are investigating a fatal shooting early Saturday morning in Arlington.
Officers responded around 5:45 a.m. to a shooting in the the parking lot of the Puget Sound Kidney Center, located in the 18800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

They found a victim with a gunshot wound in the head. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will release the ID of the victim and cause and manner of death.
Police said there are no suspects at this time and officers will continue to investigate.
