Washington State Patrol has canceled an AMBER Alert for a child missing out of Wenatchee.
The department says the child was found safe.
The one-year-old has significant medical needs that require specialized care.
Law enforcement believes that the child was traveling with someone headed to the Portland area and issued the alert on Monday afternoon.
It was canceled about an hour later.
