As we move into our seventh PinPoint Weather Alert Day Thursday morning, lingering snow, slush, and icy conditions caused power outages to approximately 2,515 customers across Western Washington.
As of 4 p.m., Puget Sound Energy reported 63 outages.
Earlier this morning, Seattle City Light (SCL) responded to an outage in the Lake Forest Park area that affected 3,900 customers. By 7 a.m., that number had dropped to 534 customers as power was restored to most customers in the Lake Forest Park area. According to SCL, the cause for the outage was heavy, wet snow on trees and vegetation.
As of 4 p.m., 122 Seattle City Light customers are without power.

Across Western Washington, almost 7,549 customers were without power.
