2 injured in south Tacoma double shooting

TACOMA, Wash. — An investigation is underway after a double shooting Friday afternoon in south Tacoma.

Officers were called at 2:43 p.m. to a home in the 1000 block of South 88th Street.

According to police, a 43-year-old man and a 58-year-old man were shot.

Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital.

However, the 43-year-old was upgraded to serious condition.

Authorities said an argument between several people who knew one another led to the shooting.

The shooter fled the scene.
