AUBURN, Wash. — The Auburn Police Department says a 17-year-old boy was shot while on board a King County Metro bus on Thursday night.
The shooting happened near 29th Street Southeast and M Street Southeast at around 9:30 p.m.
Authorities say the teenager was shot at least once, but was in stable condition and speaking with officers before being brought to Harborview Medical Center.
A K9 team tried to track down any suspects, but as of Friday morning, police have not confirmed that anyone was taken into custody.
