1 injured in stabbing in Seattle’s SODO area

SEATTLE — A 32-year-old man is recovering after he reported being stabbed Friday night in Seattle’s SODO area.

The stabbing reportedly happened just before 6 p.m. in the 1000 block of First Avenue South.

The victim suffered a deep cut to his arm and was taken to the hospital, police said.

Police said they found the 60-year-old stabbing suspect and the knife used in the stabbing in a nearby vehicle.

The man was booked into the King County Jail for assault.
