Fire damages two Bellevue homes

BELLEVUE, Wash. — A fire damaged at least two homes in Bellevue on Thursday afternoon.

Firefighters were called before 4 p.m. to the 3200 block of 168th Avenue Southeast for a report of a fire.

Those inside the homes were able to get out and no one was injured, fire officials said.

Firefighters put out the fire after quickly getting it under control.

The worst of the damage appeared to be in the garage area of one of the homes.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
