TACOMA, Wash. — Troopers are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash Thursday night on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
The collision happened in the westbound lanes before 7 p.m.
Trooper Todd Bartolac told KIRO 7 that the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed while trying to make lane changes on the bridge.
One confirmed on Narrows Bridge collision. Motorcycle traveling at high rate of speed and lane changes are the contributing factors.

The rider lost control, crashed, ejected and struck another vehicle.
Three of four westbound lanes are closed for authorities to investigate.
