TUKWILA, Wash. — One person is dead after a head-on collision in Tukwila Thursday morning.
Shortly before 6 a.m., Tukwila Fire, Puget Sound Fire and King County Medic One were called to a two-car crash on West Valley Highway South, south of 180th Street.
Tukwila fire said one person died at the scene.
At 7:45 a.m., Tukwila Fire said multiple lanes of West Valley Highway would be blocked during the investigation.
It is not known if anyone else was hurt.
Drivers should avoid the area.
