Innoveix Pharmaceuticals has issued a recall of two of its medications because they may not be sterile, the Food and Drug Administration announced.

They were dispensed in glass vials in a small, white box across the country, either directly to patients or through medical facilities.

The medications are injectable and can be used to treat various illnesses and conditions.
If the medication is not sterile, it could cause a serious and potentially life-threatening infection, according to the FDA.
If you have the recalled medication, you’re instructed to return it to a pharmacy for a full refund, the FDA said.
