ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Arizona man rode a bicycle up to an undercover police officer during a prostitution sting and agreed to pay for sex with a hamburger from Chili’s, investigators said.

After agreeing to terms and a price, Dominic Calderon told an Albuquerque police officer who was posing as a prostitute he did not have enough money until Friday, KRQE reported.

The officer noticed Calderon was holding a to-go bag from Chili’s and asked what was inside. Calderon said a hamburger and the officer said that could be payment. Calderon agreed to the new terms and was arrested, KRQE reported.

The hamburger was taken into evidence.

Calderon, 36, was arrested and charged with patronizing a prostitute, according to police. Calderon is a sex offender who is on probation. His probation was revoked.
