DES MOINES, Iowa — A dump truck created quite a mess on an Iowa road Wednesday, blowing approximately 100 pounds of shredded paper onto the highway.
A supervisor with Waste Connections of Iowa told KCCI that the paper flew all over the road near Des Moines Airport.
The paper got loose when a tarp came off the truck as it headed toward the landfill, the television station reported.
According to the supervisor, a tarp came off a truck headed for the landfill.
There was a silver lining to the inconvenience, however. The supervisor told KCCI the road was cleaner than it was before the paper littered the highway.
