Hydroplanes zipped across the Ohio River Sunday, a harbinger for things to come at Seattle’s Seafair Sunday, just over a month away.
The Madison Regatta, held in Indiana, is an annual boat race. Local versions of the race are held in various locations across the country.

They are expected in the Tri-Cities on July 29-31. After the Tri-Cities, they will move on Seattle on Aug. 5-7 for Seafair Weekend.
