REDMOND, Wash. — The Redmond Police Department is looking for a man who robbed a Key Bank Friday evening.
According to police, the incident happened in the 15100 block of Northeast 24th Street around 5:50 p.m.
The robber gave a teller a note that demanded money and implied he had a gun, said Redmond police. The man never displayed a weapon.
The robber fled the scene on foot, but the amount of cash he got away with is unknown.
Police said the robber likely went to an unknown vehicle and headed southbound on 148th Avenue Northeast.
There were no injuries and there was a possible accomplice waiting outside the bank for the robber, according to police.
Police described the robber as a white man, 5-feet 7-inches tall and 165 pounds. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a dark vest, a light T-shirt underneath, sunglasses, black cargo style pants and a golf hat.
