Grandson of slain couple poses extreme danger; may be stockpiling weapons

RENTON, Wash. — Police think a man who's a suspect in the slaying of his grandparents Friday may be trying to stockpile weapons.

According to King County Sheriff John Urquhart, Boysen, who's been jailed six times, is trying to obtain weapons to kill corrections and law enforcement officers as well a citizens.

Police said Boysen searched the Internet for gun shows in the Pacific Northwest and Nevada shortly before or after the slayings.

"We don't want another Maurice Clemmons situation," said Urquhart in reference to threats against law enforcement.

His family members are in protective custody.
