Oreo's Pride cookie prompts some to say they'll boycott

A post by Oreo on their official Facebook page Monday has prompted some people to suggest they'll stop eating the cream-stuffied cookies.

The image features an Oreo cookie with rainbow stuffing, in place of the traditional white stuffing and says "Pride | June 25." It's accompanied by the text, "Proudly support love!"

As of this writing, the post had 168,853 "Likes" (the standard mark of approval on Facebook), it had been shared 49,691 times and it had racked up 22,691 comments (and counting).

Not all of those comments were supportive.

"I will not be buying any more Oreo's. They are delicious, but I cannot support a company that is supportive of things that are opposite to our Creator," read one comment from Chris Cash.
