SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said you should hang up immediately,” if you receive a call saying it is “Andrew Harris from our Civil Unit.” It is a scam.
The office said the calls are to bully victims into paying to have a warrant lifted.
The Sheriff’s Office said they do not have an Andrew Harris at their agency and no law enforcement or court personnel will call demanding money over the phone.
