SEATTLE — Seattle developers are working on what could become Seattle's second tallest skyscraper.

The building would be the fifth tallest on the West Coast.

The Seattle Times reports the 60-story tower would feature 1 million square feet of office space, 160 luxury apartments, retail space at the bottom and a 600-foot high atrium.

The tower would be less than 60 feet shorter than the Columbia tower, which is Seattle's tallest building.

The building is not the only tower that could be added to the Seattle skyline.

Last month, a design board approved a 58-story tower downtown.

Construction is expected to begin late next year at Union and Fourth.
