LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Construction is set to break ground this year on a new city center in Lynnwood.
The $100 million development includes two new apartment complexes and a hotel.
It's part of the city's plan to make downtown more walkable.
According to the Herald, plans also include shorter blocks, wider sidewalks and taller buildings where 196th Street Southwest meets Interstate 5.
