LOS ANGELES — A man who was charged with murder in a Tacoma convenience store shooting turned himself in to police in Los Angeles.
According to the FBI, 29-year-old Robert Grott surrendered Tuesday night.
Grott is charged in Washington with first-degree murder for the killing of a man outside a Tacoma convenience store last week.
Grott's brother, Rashaad, was arrested earlier in California.
Prosecutors say Grott fired 46 shots and hit the victim, 23-year-old Julian Jemar Thomas, more than 10 times.
Detectives say he drove his brother out of Washington after the shooting to escape.
