A 911 call around 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday brought the Washington State Patrol (WSP) to a collision involving a bicycle at State Route 523 and 25th Avenue Northeast in North Seattle.
The victim and witness described the vehicle as a full-size white SUV or pickup truck.
The bicycle rider was transported to a local hospital with a possible broken clavicle.
