Three arrested after woman found dead inside Tacoma home

TACOMA, Wash. — A woman was found dead and a man was found seriously hurt at a home in Tacoma last week.

Tacoma police say that on April 3, South Sound 911 received a call from a home in the 1400 block of S. Union Avenue at 11:45 p.m. A man gave the address, asked police to “hurry up,” and then hung up.

Officers arrived and found a man on the sidewalk in front of a house. He had serious injuries and officers started life saving measures.

Other officers entered the house and found the body of a woman inside.

The man was taken to the hospital with possible life-threatening injuries.

Tacoma police said they arrested three suspects on Wednesday. They were booked into the Pierce County Jail on charges of first-degree murder and assault.
