The Vashon Island School District is warning parents after two separate reports of strangers offering middle school students a ride.
On Tuesday, the district's superintendent sent a letter to parents that said two parents reported concerns about a stronger asking their students if they needed a ride.
In the two separate incidents that happened on different days, a female student was approached by a male at the bus stop and asked if she wanted a ride. Both the students declined and reported the incident to their parents.
The district said it is unknown if there are two separate males or if the person from both incidents is the same person.
Reports have been made with the King County Sheriff's Office.
