When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Jesse started making calls to see what relief businesses could provide for people struggling with layoffs.
After shutting off a local woman’s car when she couldn’t make her payment, leadership at national car dealer CarHop said they’d pause the use of shutoff devices. So when Jesse heard about another woman’s car getting shut off, he got involved.
